Panamanian Pride - Chef Alfonso de la Espriella

Chef Alfonso de la Espriella presented us with a variety of seafood dishes and succulent pastas that he prepares for the public at the restaurant La Trona, located on Uruguay Street.

Alfonso tells us that he studied cooking in Chile. Today he invites us to discover gourmet Panamanian gastronomy with a vanguard style, based on fresh fruits and products from the isthmus of Panama.

He is proud to be able to add his personal touch to exquisite dishes, creating delicious meals that enrich the Panamanian cuisine.
