Panama to World Series for Kid's Baseball

The Panamanian team defeated Venezuela 6 runs to 5 at the stadium on December 15, in Aguadulce, Coclé province, the region that is home to their players.

The home run by Daniel Cruz at the bottom of the sixth inning was the key to the success of Panama, which will go on to represent all of Latin America in the World Series.

The team from Coclé will travel to Pennsylvania, where the World Series will be held from August 16 to 24.

Applaud Panama for this new triumph in Panama sports and congratulate the players by celebrating with them their victory, which, in a happy coincidence, happened on the Day of the Children.

Little League World Series

The Little League Baseball World Series is a baseball tournament for children 11 to 13 years old. Originally called the National Little League Tournament, it was later renamed the "World Series" in relation to the Major League World Series played by professional adults. It was first played in 1947 and is held every year in August in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, in the United States.
