As one of the main points of access to Cébaco and Coiba Islands, water transporation services are offered for inter-island tours. On the sail over, visitors may enjoy the company of dolphins frolicking in the foamy wake left by other passing boats.

How to arrive
- Car: Take the Pan-American Highway from Panama City towards first Santiago de Veraguas, then Soná. Just before Soná you will come to an intersection, where you turn left. Passing the town of Los Tigres you will find a sign indicating the way to Santa Catalina, and from this point only 18 km remain before reaching your destination.
- Bus: In the Albrook terminal in Panama City, you can purchase a bus ticket at the Veraguas Province - Santiago booth or directly to Soná for a fare of $8.50. In Soná the busses headed to Santa Catalina depart at 5:00 am., 12:00 pm. and 4:00 pm.
- Taxi: The taxi fare from Santiago to Santa Catalina is $50.00, or $30.00 from Soná.
