Cycling in the city

Panama has fantastic places to go biking, along bike paths that offer refreshing and varying landscapes. Whether to get a work out or simply go on a casual mounted tour, bike riding is a unique way to enjoy the country.

In Panama City there is a bike path along the Coastal Strip of Balboa Avenue where you can ride right along the shore of the Pacific Ocean. The path is specially designed for bikes and skates and extends for 3.5 kilometers.

Along Amador Causeway there is a 6 kilometer long path with the ocean on both sides. Bikes, skates and even motorcycles can be rented for a more enjoyable tour, particularly the unforgettable moments as you watch the ships from across the world pass through the Canal.

How to arrive: These destinations are reachable by bus from the Albrook terminal.

You can take a taxi and only have to mention the name of the destinations for them to know where to go.
