Wargandí

Wargandí is an indigenous territory of the Guna ethnic group in Panama. It was created in 2000 with part of the territory north of the province of Darién, specifically the district of Pinogana.Its status is of an indigenous township, so it has no political subdivisions or capital.

It is located in the upper watershed of the Chucunaque River, in a territory separated by the districts of Chepigana and Pinogana and the province of Darién. They inhabit three communities: Nurna, Wala and Morti.

How to arrive?

In summer months you can drive in a 4x4 car, but in winter you must go by boat.
