Panama arises great interest to European airlines

A French company and other German have requested information on the requirements to apply for permits to establish an air connection between these two countries and Panama.

Thus, we expect a forthcoming visit of several representatives of the Civil Aviation Authority to the European continent in order to open negotiations with the airlines.

And, nowadays, Iberia from Madrid, Spain and KLM, from Amsterdam, Netherlands, make direct flights between Tocumen International Airport and Europe. As na average, with both airlines a dozen flights to Central America are carried out, per week .

In this situation, it has expanded the agreement with the Netherlands, that expressed interest in being able to articulate other airline on the route between Amsterdam and Panama ,so that it can compete with the company KLM.
