As such, the home port of Colón 2000 and the Panama Canal are scheduled to receive 15 cruises.
Highlights include the three arrivals from the Holland America Zuiderdam, which comes in 10 day intervals on November 5, 15 and 26.
This Dutch-flagged cruise with capacity for 1,848 passengers will go up the Gatun Locks and then drop off passengers at the Gatun Yacht Club before leaving the Canal and docking at the Port of Colón 2000.
The Princess line will make the same journey with its 1,974-passenger Island Princess cruise ship on November 7, as well as the Coral Princess ship that holds more than 2,000 passengers and will arrive on November 16 and 26.
The 2,170-passenger Infinity cruise ship by Celebrity Cruises cruise will come twice to the port of Colón 2000, in the morning hours on November 3 and 11.
The home port activity began on Sunday, November 11, with the departure of Royal Caribbean's Grandeur.
That cruise ship receives passengers from Latin American markets and will have repeat departures on November 18, 25 and 30.
The Horizon by Pullmantur also initiates its trips, leaving from Colón 2000 to Caribbean ports on Friday, November 30.
