Paola Franco, targeting and monitoring officer of the National Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation, highlighted that Panama “is the third country in ICT development in Latin America.” She also explained their ICT National Strategy 2018, a plan designed to promote training people on new technology and innovation in services as an objective for the country's socioeconomic development.
