When the 20-30 Telethon began on Friday, it was announced that their goal was to fundraise 4,203,020.12, which would be allocated for such projects as helping children with physical disabilities and autism and also providing aid to the victims of floods in Colón and western Panama.

Jowell y Randy, Lourdes Robles and Natalia Jiménez were the featured artists at this year's 20-30 Telethon, who ended with a bang the performances that were given on December 14 and 15 in the name of helping Panamanian children.

In his closing remarks, the president of the 20-30 Telethon, Juan Carlos Sierio, welled with emotion and gratitude upon announcing to the country that their mission was accomplished.
