Copa is valued at $100 in NYSE
Copa Holdings, owner of the shares of the Panamanian Aviation Company (Copa), started out the first trading day of 2013 yesterday at a value of $100.16 per share in the New York Stock Exchange. This action was issued for the first time in that market in December 2005 at an initial price of $20.00.
The company was founded in Panama in 1947 as a domestic airline, and it was not until the 1960s that it began an international service with three flights to Costa Rica, Jamaica and Colombia.
