Afro-Caribbean Fair approaches

For an enjoyable time with family, sampling the stuffed fried fish, cod fritters, fruit sweets and isinglass gelatin, visit the Grand XXXII Afro-Caribbean Fair 2013 at Mi Pueblito, on the slopes of Ancón Hill.

Organized by the Friends of the Afro-Caribbean Museum of Panama (SAMAAP), this event will be held on Saturday, February 9 and Sunday, February 10, from 10:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night, with the participation of musical artists and, above all, the Afro-Caribbean Queen Lauritza Palma McKenzie and her princesses Ruby Smith and Marielis Parnther. The coronation of her majesty will take place on Saturday the 9th.

Visitors can buy their tickets for $5 for adults and $2 for children up to 12 years old.
