Exhibitors from such countries as India and Curaçao have confirmed their attendance at this event. Additionally, the United States, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Cuba, Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia, Argentina, Paraguay and Chile have shown interest in participating in this fourth tourism exhibition.
Irvin A. Halman, President of the Panama Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture, said that “as a product of the development and growth in the tourism industry in our country, the Panama Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture continues to support this fair, which, since it started four years ago, has surpassed all expectations.
Salomón Shamah, administrator of the Panama Tourism Authority, thanked the Panama Chamber of Tourism and the Panama Chamber of Commerce for their interest in promoting the attributes of a country that has become the new path towards success for the world.
Sales of exhibition space began on the official launch day and thus far has sold 20%, so organizers expect that the number will quickly grow as the fair date approaches.
This expo is geared towards airlines, hotel chains, tour operators, golfing clubs, recreational companies in general, travel agencies, shopping centers and all businesses that offer tour services or products in the country, as well as to other destinations in the region.
