Ngäbe-Buglé is an indigenous territory in Panama. It was formed in 1997 after a historical struggle and encompasses territories from the provinces of Bocas del Toro, Chiriquí, and Veraguas. The capital is known as Buäbti, in Ngäbere, or Llano Tugrí, in Spanish.

It was created from the territories of Bocas del Toro, Chiriqui and Veraguas. This region is bisected from west to east by the Central Mountain Range. It has a mountainous terrain with steep slopes and rocky soils. The comarca or indigenous territory has apartments and rural dwellings for rent for the purpose of ecotourism, which includes visiting the indigenous groups of the region and observing fauna and flora. You may reach this tropical destination by taking a domestic flight from the city of Panama to Chiriqui or Bocas del Toro.
